Expect about 15% Pharmacology questions in the exam.  You will have 13 to 19 such questions if there are 100 questions in the exam.

Pharmacology related questions will cover calculations, side effects, blood transfusions, and total parenteral nutrition.

I'm rather surprised that there are not more pharmacology related questions than that.  Yes, 15% isn't a bad percentage but it would seem like there would be an even greater emphasis given that medication errors account for such a large percentage of medical errors overall.  Particularly with the elderly or mentally ill as they generally are on more medications than the general population - the number of side effects and drug interaction possibilities are quite staggering.  From the viewpoint of a test taker, this is a good thing but I'm not so sure it is the best thing for the health care field in general.
